Faculty Member Activities :

• Perform Teaching Activities:
o Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
o Assist students with learning process
o Assessing student's learning

• Perform Research Activities:
o Participate actively in specific research projects
o Propose new topics for research projects
o Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
o Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences

• Perform Community Services
o Participate actively in community service programs
o Propose new program for community service

Laboratory Course Activities :

• Coordinate all matters related to teaching process in Laboratory/Studio with SCC/CCC by monitoring the preparation and implementation process of following matters:
o Course Review
o Course Outline (CO)
o Outline Resources (OR)
o Text Book
o Learning Outcome Assessment
o Operational Table

Content Development & Evaluation :

• Enrich and maintain the academic quality of all course materials under related area of responsibility, including :
o Course Outline (CO)
o Online Resources (OR)
o Assignments
o Examination

• Create new and/or conduct review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester).

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard (CO and OR).

• Review all course materials within related group of subjects (Rumpun Ilmu).

• Create new and/or revise the course materials within related group of subjects (2 courses per semester).

• Lead peer review activities.

• Monthly update to Dean/Head of Department/Program related to course evaluation and improvement.

• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program

• Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback.

• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard.

• Manage all peers to be involved in development & evaluation of course and examination content.

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of peer review activities.

• Ensure on time completion of the development & evaluation process.

• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning activities.

Teaching Operational Activities :

• Ensure effective Laboratory/Studio activities, by coordinating the following activities:
o Design and finalize Laboratory/Studio handbook
o Establish Laboratory/Studio scoring scheme
o CO/OR for Laboratory/Studio
o Practicum courses
o Laboratory/Studio scheduling process
o Prepare and maintain the Laboratory/Studio facilities
o Prepare & monitor Laboratory examination process
o Recruit and assign Laboratory/Studio assistants (including assistant compensation process)
o Select and prepare student for the international/national competitions
o Non-tuition revenue activities in Laboratory/Studio
o Develop Laboratory/Studio materials and modules
o Laboratory research & development activities

• Support Deputy Head to ensure the teaching operational activities, including solving students complaints

Management Support Activities :

• Provide monthly, semester, and annual report to direct supervisor

• Suggest improvement process related to operational and research activities

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor

• Support Faculty/School to manage compliance activities and prepare documents for Borang or other national/international standard

• Perform the role of lecturer as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi

General Requirement :

• Education: Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge

• Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Asisten Ahli

• Education : Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge

• Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Asisten Ahli

Work Exposure / Experience :
Teaching Experience:

• Master Degree : 2+ years of Teaching Experience

• Doctoral Degree : 2+ years of Teaching Experience
