JOB DESC:

  • Melakukan pengurusan dokumen impor
  • Berkoordinasi dengan supplier, forwarder, shipping line dan agen bea cukai untuk memastikan kelancaran proses impor
  • Memantau proses pengiriman barang hingga sampai ke Gudang
  • Mengurus perizinan dan regulasi barang impor
  • Memantau status pengiriman dan estimasi kedatangan barang
  • Membuat laporan terkait biaya impor, pajak dan bea masuk
  • Melakukan pencatatan dan pengarsipan dokumen impor

KUALIFIKASI :

  • Pendidikan Minimal D3 (Manajemen/ Logistik/Ekonomi/Bidang yang relevan)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
  • Diutamakan pengalaman di industri baja
  • Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat kepabeanan
  • Menguasai proses importasi
  • Memahami aturan tata niaga importasi
  • Detail, teliti, ulet dan aktif
  • ⁠Memiliki komunikasi dan analisa yang baik
  • Menguasai Excell advanced
  • Memahami Prosedur Export Import dan Kapabeanan
  • Mahir berbahasa inggris, mandarin is point plus
