Key Responsibilities

We are company, are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HRGA to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management is mandatory
  • Mandarin proficiency required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HRGA or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, structured, and capable of working under pressure.

What You will do:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  2. Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
  3. Administer employee benefits, including BPJS, insurance, and leave entitlements, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes.
  5. Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and corporate governance standards.
  6. Handle the application and renewal of business licences, permits, and company registration documents.
  7. Oversee office administration and facility management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Liaise with vendors and service providers and manage contracts related to GA services
