Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales teamDevelop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive salesPlan and execute activities to support new product launch and increase brand visibilityStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandisingManage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etcWorking closely and coordinate with Area Sales SupervisorRequirements:Min. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fieldsMin. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fieldsStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skillSkilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goalsCan join immediately would be a plusWilling to be located in Bogor.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
