Lifeguard

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests using the swimming pool and surrounding recreation areas. This role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, responding promptly to emergencies, and providing first aid or lifesaving assistance when required. The Lifeguard maintains a clean, orderly, and hazard-free environment while delivering friendly and attentive service. This position plays a key role in creating a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.

Basic fluency in English (oral and written).

Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or serviced apartments.

Valid Lifeguard and First Aid Certification from a recognized institution. 

Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.

Able to work flexible hours.
