Job Description

Main Responsibility

Handling legal issues both internally and externally, as well as protecting the organization or company they work for to prevent legal problems.

Job Function

  • Creating and reviewing legal documents.
  • Conducting an inventory of legal documents in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, statements and powers of attorney.
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Conducting an inventory of legal documents, including but not limited to, contracts, powers of attorney, statements, and permits.
  • Providing legal opinions to the Company's internal team
  • Conducting legal assessments
  • Ensuring the Company's business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Performance Indicator

  • Able to draft and review legal documents.
  • Capable of communicating and collaborating with other divisions to provide effective solutions.
  • Skilled in conducting document inventory in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Proficient in conducting research on legal aspects related to the company.
  • Able to provide legal opinions related to the Company's business operations.

Other Information

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years of experience in the legal field.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
  • Experience in legal research and/or conducting legal due diligence.
  • Bachelor of Law graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia.
