Requirements:

  1. Should be able to speak English
  2. Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in same position, fresh graduate are welcome.
  4. Preferably with experience in Cooling Tower/HVAC/Chiller/Construction projects.
  5. Strong experience in on-site project management and able to control on-site personnel costs
  6. Can quickly start the on-site business of cooling tower

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Project resources, including lobor, equipment, and material to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Monitor the quality of work and ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
  3. Organize and lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate with all stakeholders.
  4. Handle project issues on-site.
  5. Able to work in a team and to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues and able to work under tight deadlines.
  7. Strong personality, enthusiastic, self motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leader.
  8. Will be places in the field of our new site around Indonesia or oversea.
