About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Client Retention Officer
to join our high-performing retention team.

This role is
strictly for professionals with proven experience in the Forex industry
, focusing on client activation, trading continuity, and redeposit optimization.

This is
not an entry-level or general customer service role
. You will handle active traders and work closely with Sales, Research, and Risk teams in a regulated brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Retention & Engagement

  • Manage and retain existing Forex clients through proactive engagement
  • Follow up clients based on retention triggers event
  • Encourage trading continuity and redeposit decisions based on market conditions

Trading Monitoring & Risk Awareness

  • Monitor client trading activity
  • Handle margin call follow-ups and equity risk situations
  • Prepare daily stop-out monitoring and client action lists
  • Escalate irregular trading behavior or client issues when required

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Sales before engaging assigned clients
  • Participate in daily market briefings and internal updates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, QC, and Back Office teams for client support

IB & Key Client Support

  • Handle IB-related client coordination when required
  • Support IB communication on market updates, performance reminders, and engagement activities

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants without Forex industry experience will NOT be considered

Minimum 3 years experience in the Forex / FX brokerage industry
, specifically in:

  • Client retention
  • Account management
  • Dealer / Relationship Officer / Retention role

Strong understanding of:

  • Margin, leverage, stop out, floating P/L, lot sizing
  • Client trading behavior & risk psychology

Hands-on experience with:

  • MT4 / MT4 Manager
  • CRM systems

Proven ability to
handle active traders,
not just inbound customer service

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Detail oriented, disciplined, and target driven

Willing to
work onsite
and follow structured SOP
