Your Role
:

  • Lead and ensure the effective implementation of management systems across all company functions in line with internal standards.
  • Develop, review, and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve process consistency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

What You Bring
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (minimum GPA 3.00).
  • Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
  • Willing to be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta.
