Job Description

  • Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including related to Data Privacy and Protection.
  • Advise senior management on legal matters related to the company's operations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the fintech industry and adapt company practices accordingly.
  • Drafrt, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with minimum 10 years of legal experience and background at P2P Lending FinTech company (at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role).
  • Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry practices in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen in resolving business issues from the legal perspective
  • Experience in providing advice to senior leadership
  • Confident and assertive in communication
