*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Development Governance Responsibilities*

• Design and implement DT Operational policies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations in all DT & customer development activities.
• Oversee customer segmentation processes, identifying priority and high-potential partner.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with CD, Finance, and Customer Operation teams to ensure consistent execution of CD strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of CD initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

*Performance Analytics Responsibilities*

• Analyze performance data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate business strategies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

*QUALIFICATIONS :*

• Advanced data analysis skills: Excel, Power Point, (Power BI & Tableau - additional strenght).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Strategic thinking with operational execution capabilities.

As publicly announced, it is envisaged that Unilever will internally separate its Ice Cream business by July 2025, at which point this role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company. It is expected that the Ice Cream business will then separate from Unilever by the end of 2025. Any impact on terms and conditions of employment will be communicated in due course.
