  • Managing stock control and reconciling with the data storage system.
  • Creating and keeping accurate day-by-day and monthly reports.
  • Ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations.
  • Following Management's KPIs and measuring them on a regular basis.
  • Complete troubleshooting of warehouse operations.
  • Adhere to the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing.
  • Minimum D3, preferable bachelor's degree/S1 or the equivalent in any field of study.
  • Having a good understanding of Management Inventory Warehouse.
  • Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety (K3), 5R, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Having knowledge of FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes.
  • Having certification as Health and Safety Officer (AK3U) by BNSP/Kemnaker is an advantage.
  • Required language: English
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead a big team and coordinate with third parties.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, planning, and organization.
  • Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in Romokalisari, Surabaya.
