Reporting Line: report to the CFO

Salary: up to IDR 25 Million per month

Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of Finance experience in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices, including at least 5 years in senior leadership, demonstrating expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and proven leadership and strategic business partnership abilities.

  • Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting process, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and operational targets.

  • Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of P&L statements, balance sheets, and key financial metrics, providing actionable insights and variance explanations.

  • Drive dynamic forecasting initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce accurate and reliable financial projections.

  • Support automation and process improvement projects to enhance financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and margin optimization.

  • Demonstrates strong time management and leadership abilities, effectively prioritizing and supervising multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economic, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
