Job Title:
Production Supervisor (SMD)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Production Supervisor
to oversee and manage daily production operations at our facility in Bekasi. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and team performance.

Bekasi, Indonesia

What you will do:


• Plan, organize, and implement production schedules to meet output targets in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness.


• Organize the implementation of production plans and ensure completion of production tasks with good quality and quantity.


• Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve daily and monthly targets.


• Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to enhance efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.


• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth and effective operations.


• Identify and resolve production issues promptly through effective problem-solving and decision-making.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance and reduce inefficiencies.

What we are looking for:


• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant related major.


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in production or manufacturing.


• Experience working in electronic manufacturing or SMD (Surface Mounting Device) production is a plus.


• Experience in the Medical Device Industry is an advantage.


• Able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Active in communication, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and responsible.


• Preferably from companies such as PT SIIX Electronics Indonesia, PT Katolec Indonesia, PT Schneider Electric, or PT SMT Indonesia.
