Ringkasan Peran: Sebagai Country Manager, Anda akan menjadi wajah VIVAIA di Indonesia. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas performa bisnis di pasar lokal dan menjadi penghubung strategis utama (liason) antara operasional di Indonesia dengan Prinsipal Pusat.

Kualifikasi Utama (The Expert Profile):

Pengalaman: Minimal 8–12 tahun di industri Retail, dengan fokus kuat pada sektor Footwear atau Fashion Apparel.

Track Record: Memiliki rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam memimpin ekspansi brand internasional di pasar Indonesia (Level GM atau Head).

Keahlian Bisnis: Ahli dalam manajemen P&L (Profit & Loss), strategi retail (Offline & Online/Omnichannel), serta manajemen inventaris dan distribusi.

Komunikasi Global: Wajib fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan). Anda harus mampu bernegosiasi dan melakukan presentasi rutin secara langsung kepada Prinsipal.

Networking: Memiliki jaringan yang kuat dengan pengelola Mall kelas atas di Indonesia dan pemangku kepentingan industri fashion.

Visi Strategis: Memahami cara mengadaptasi nilai brand global (Sustainability & Tech-Comfort) ke dalam perilaku konsumen lokal Indonesia.

Leadership: Mampu membangun dan memimpin tim lintas fungsi (Sales, Marketing, Ops) dengan budaya kerja startup yang cepat namun terstruktur.

Tanggung Jawab Strategis:

Menyusun dan mengeksekusi rencana bisnis tahunan untuk mencapai target pertumbuhan di Indonesia.

Menjadi representatif utama dalam berkomunikasi dengan kantor pusat di US terkait performa, tren pasar, dan kebutuhan stok.

Mengawasi pembukaan toko baru (Store Opening) dan memastikan standar visual merchandising global terjaga.

Mengelola hubungan strategis dengan partner lokal, vendor, dan pihak mall.
