Job Description:

  1. Handle export/import documentation.
  2. Manage the export-import custom clearance process.
  3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and other relevant parties.
  4. Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Resolve any issues related to shipping, documentation, and custom inspection.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant export-import regulations, including custom regulations, trade agreements, and product safety standards.
  7. Stay updated on changes in export/import laws and regulations.
  8. Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in export-import processes and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the garment industry.
  3. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and custom procedures.
  4. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  5. Experience with CEISA 4.0.
  6. Willing to be placed in Bandung (WFO).
