Responsibilities:

  • Identify, follow, and analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to uncover opportunities for new product ideas and innovation.
  • Create and implement effective product marketing strategies for both new and existing products to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Conduct research and gather customer feedback to inform the product development process and ensure product–market fit.
  • Work collaboratively with design and internal teams to develop product concepts, specifications, and prototypes that reflect the brand's identity and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process — from concept, design, testing, to production — ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content that effectively communicate product value.
  • Ensure all marketing strategies are aligned with product innovations, improvements, and overall brand direction.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure new products align with broader marketing strategies and evolving consumer demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product development (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or wellness industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer insight, and product positioning.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about creating products that resonate with customers.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
