Job Description :
- Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation, including Digital content, Digital Media buying, E commerce, CRM
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers/Executives
- Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
- Source for and work closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned
- Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up
- Plan and implement CRM strategies within the company to retain existing customers, enhance brand loyalty, and expand the brand's value.
- Ensure the customer database is accurately segmented to effectively target marketing activities.
- Oversee the governance of CRM data, including data standards, data auditing, data structure, user access rights, and reporting.
- Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM program strategies.
- Take responsibility for executing customer retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
Qualification :
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related majors
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and working with digital agencies
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing a team of digital marketers and/or supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge and experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM tools
- Proven track record of effective budget planning and management
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
- Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams
- Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
