Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for an CFO located in Bandung. The
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting business growth through strong financial governance and strategic insight.

This role oversees all financial functions, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning & analysis, and risk management, while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.

Core Responsibilities (High Level)

  • Lead and oversee
    financial strategy, planning, and governance
    across the organization.
  • Ensure strong control over
    financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance
    .
  • Act as a strategic partner to CEO and Board in driving sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee
    accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and risk management
    functions.
  • Support business expansion, investment decisions, and capital allocation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Economics
    , or related field.
  • (Master's degree / CPA / CFA is a strong advantage)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience
    in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Finance.
  • Proven experience in a
    senior leadership role
    (CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance).
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Financial reporting & compliance (PSAK, tax regulations)
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management
  • Experience working closely with
    CEO, Board, or investors
    is highly preferred.
  • Background in
    startup, hospitality, consumer business, or fast-growing companies
    is a plus.
