Role Description

This role primarily focuses on business requirement analysis and client communication for AI

product and system integration projects in Indonesia.

The Business Analyst works closely with China-based Business Analysts and System Analysts to

support requirement clarification, documentation, and localization.

This role does not require independent system design or technical solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities


• Communicate effectively with Indonesian clients to understand business requirements,

functional needs, and operational workflows.


• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and technical teams based

in China.


• Support requirement clarification, change management, and progress tracking activities

throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support system testing activities, including SIT and UAT, from a requirement validation

perspective.


• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation (e.g. BRD, FRD, requirement

clarifications) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.


• Act as a communication bridge to ensure alignment among clients, project managers,

offshore teams, and contractors.

Required Qualifications


• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).


• Ability to communicate professionally with Indonesian clients and coordinate effectively

with China-based teams.


• Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, and system interfaces (Senior BA).


• Basic understanding of project management concepts.


• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications


• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).


• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Computer Science, Information Systems,

Software Engineering, or related fields.


• Experience in IT projects, system integration projects, or software implementation

projects.


• Experience working in cross-border or multicultural teams.
