Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Surabaya. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing daily operations such as assisting customers, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining organized documentation. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between different departments to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
  • Well-developed Organization Skills for managing tasks and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications is a plus
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in chemistry is a must
