Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Responsibilities* Oversee the end-to-end processing of GFMO (Global Financial Markets Operations) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution* Manage a team of processing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive operational excellence* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including front office, risk, and control functions, to identify and resolve processing issues* Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk* Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making* Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiativesRequirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a global bank* Proven track record of leading and managing a team of processing specialists* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues* Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and operations* Proficient in the use of relevant systems and technologies to support processing activities* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team* Commitment to continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindsetApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
