Who We're Looking For?

• Preferably has 1+ years of experience in Calcium Soap, Fatty Acid, or related production lines based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,
• Excited about being part of a dream,
• A strong believer in the power of winning together,
• Strong knowledge of production process, quality parameters, and chemical handling
• Able to use MS Office Programs actively,
• Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You'll Be Doing?

The Calcium Soap Operator is responsible for operating the calcium soap production process in accordance with company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role includes monitoring process parameters, controlling equipment, recording operational data, and ensuring that the final product meets required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate calcium soap production equipment and machinery according to SOPs.
• Monitor key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, and reaction conditions.
• Adjust operating conditions to maintain stable and efficient production.
• Perform raw material handling and mixing (fatty acid, and supporting chemicals) Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Calcium Soap section.
• Collect product samples and submit them to Quality Control for analysis.
• Ensure the produced calcium soap meets the defined quality standards.
• Report any quality deviations or process issues to the Supervisor immediately
• Ensure work areas and machines are clean and ready for operation.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic checks on production equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and support maintenance activities as required.
• Complete daily production logs and operating records.
• Record raw material usage, output, and any downtime during the shift.
• Provide clear shift handover reports to the Supervisor.
