Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kota Bekasi (RS Citra Harapan) for a Surgical Nurse. The Surgical Nurse will assist in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of the operating room and ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment. They will work alongside surgeons and other medical staff to provide optimal patient care, including preoperative and postoperative support. Responsibilities will also include monitoring patients' vital signs, maintaining a sterile environment, and managing patient documentation while adhering to all safety and medical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operating Room procedures, including equipment setup and sterile techniques
• Knowledge in Medicine and Surgery, with an understanding of surgical instruments and processes
• Strong Nursing and Patient Care expertise, ensuring quality and compassionate preoperative and postoperative care
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams in high-pressure environments
• Relevant nursing certification and a valid license to practice in Indonesia (STR / Pelatihan Bedah HIPKABI)
• Prior experience working in surgical or healthcare settings is highly advantageous
