About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at PT Triputra Agro Persada as a Polibun Doctor (Site Doctor) in East Kalimantan. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare of our workforce and surrounding communities.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our employees and local residents, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Managing and supervising the operations of our on-site clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery
• Collaborating with the HR and Safety teams to implement health and wellness initiatives that promote the well-being of our workforce
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
• Participating in emergency response planning and providing medical support during emergencies
• Representing the company and building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and authorities

What we're looking for :

• A medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of medical cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Experience in managing healthcare operations and leading a team of medical professionals
