Shoe Developer

Job Description

• Manage development projects for both new and existing footwear models, from development to production readiness
• Act as a key point of contact with Nike WHQ (Headquarters) and Nike Indonesia Office for development-related matters
• Lead and participate in cross-functional project meetings with internal teams (PCC, PE, CE, MPE, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with the Production Preparation Team to ensure smooth transition from development to mass production
• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Support issue resolution during development and commercialization phases
• Ensure alignment with Nike standards, processes, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Footwear Developer
• Prior experience working in a Nike footwear factory or Nike-related projects is strongly preferred
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication required)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong ownership of assigned projects
• Collaborative team player with a positive and approachable attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
