*JOB PURPOSE:*
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Finance Business Partner is the financial architect of our route-to-market. This role is responsible for developing the financial models that underpin our Channel Blueprint and Investment Framework. You will partner with commercial leaders to design clear channel differentiation, craft winning strategies, and establish profitable "investment rule of thumb" guidelines. A key part of this role is modelling a future-proof, equitable pricing plan to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Framework Development*
- Lead the financial modeling for the Channel Blueprint to define clear channel differentiation, investment rules, and profitability hurdles.
- Co-create and implement a new, standardized Investment Framework for assessing all strategic commercial proposals.
- Develop and model the Equitable Pricing Plan to manage margin, growth, and price consistency across all islands.
Trade & Commercial Strategy
- Own the annual financial Trading Term Structure (TTS) review using Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) principles.
- Model the route-to-market (RTM) strategy for key innovations (e.g., Magnum Pro RTM).
- Partner with Brand Finance to build financial models for Competitor Intelligence.
Governance & Profitability Analysis
- Act as the finance lead for assessing the business case for new B2C / dComm channels.
- Conduct deep-dive Profitability Reviews on key customers and channels.
- Analyze and refresh the rules and financial structures for Concess Profiling and PPSC Refreshment programs.
*EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:*
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial finance, revenue management ,or FP&A, preferably within FMCG role will be a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Mastering both local and international cultural sensitivity
- Experience with crisis communication.
*BUSINESS SKILLS:*
- Advanced financial modeling (P&L, ROI, Pricing Ladders).
- High proficiency in SAP/ERP and data visualization (Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills (Scenario planning).
*PERSONAL SKILLS:*
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the long-term picture while managing details.
- Data-Driven Storyteller: Ability to influence senior non-finance partners with clear narratives.
*LEADERSHIP:*
- Founder's Mentality: Ownership of the "future business model"
- Ability to challenge the status quo and influence without authority.
*WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:*
- (Business) Deliver V1 of the Channel Blueprint financial model and the Equitable Pricing Plan model.
- (Business) Identify and deliver margin improvement by optimizing the national TTS structure.
- (Personal) Successfully co-present the Channel Blueprint and Pricing Plan to the CD Director and Finance Director.
