The Rural Distribution IM3/TRI is responsible for overseeing the implementation and daily operations of rural partners in the region (MIM3/3Kiosk). This role ensures the governance, compliance, and efficiency of distribution processes, tools, and partner networks to drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Program Implementation & Operations: Execute and support daily rural channel program operations, ensuring seamless implementation. Effective execution of rural channel program operations.
- Channel Governance & Compliance: Ensure governance and compliance of rural channel programs, tools, and processes for sales teams and external partners.
- Sales Team & Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to document technical, product, and contractual requirements. Efficient communication and collaboration with sales teams and partners.
- Product & Contract Requirement Management: Monitor and maintain product/service implementation for continuous operational efficiency. Seamless implementation and maintenance of telecom products/services.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze distributor and sales channel performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. Continuous improvement of channel performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or marketing within the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
- 1+ year in a supervisory or team leadership role, managing sales or distribution operations.
- Experience in sales operations and distribution management, working with partners, vendors, and logistics teams.
- Proven track record in managing inventory, monitoring product availability, and ensuring seamless distribution.
- Hands-on experience in resolving escalated customer service and supply chain issues.
- Familiarity with channel partner engagement strategies and sales performance tracking.
- Sales & Distribution Strategy Execution – Implementing regional growth strategies and optimizing sales performance.
- Partner & Vendor Management – Maintaining strong relationships with distributors, sales partners, and logistics providers.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination – Monitoring product stock levels and ensuring timely distribution.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution – Addressing and resolving partner and distribution-related escalations efficiently.
- Sales & Business Development – Ability to drive regional sales performance and market expansion.
- Partner Relationship Management – Strong communication and negotiation skills to optimize distributor relationships.
