Marketing Intern (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

The Marketing Intern (Mandarin Speaker) will support the marketing team in executing daily marketing activities, content creation, event support, and cross-border communication with Mandarin-speaking partners or clients. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B marketing and international business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in daily marketing activities and campaigns (online & offline)
  • Support content creation for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Help prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials

Mandarin Language Support

  • Translate marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa
  • Assist in communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or headquarters
  • Support meetings, events, or webinars involving Mandarin speakers

Event & Campaign Support

  • Assist in organizing marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, and webinars
  • Support event logistics, registration, and participant coordination
  • Help collect leads and assist in post-event follow-ups

Digital & Social Media

  • Assist in managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Help monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports
  • Support simple content scheduling and posting

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain marketing databases and lead lists
  • Assist in preparing simple marketing reports and documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the marketing manager

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (speaking & basic writing)
  • Good English and Indonesian communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, branding, and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Able to work onsite and support events if needed
