Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Surabaya, for a Skincare Administrator - Develop New Brand position. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing and sales efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service to support the development of a new skincare brand. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, assisting in the launch strategy, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Marketing and Sales strategies for brand development and promotion.
  • Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and organizational tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in skincare or cosmetics industries is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
