SalesWorks Indonesia, has been leading face-to-face sales activation since 2006. We specialize in creating and executing effective face-to-face sales activity to help brands increase sales, build awareness, and drive engagement.

Our dedicated team provides high-quality, targeted campaigns to ensure high volumes and quality customer acquisition for our clients. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor each campaign, supported by over 200 independent contractors delivering results on the ground.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabodetabek area for a Sales Leader.

The Sales Leader will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, manage team members, and ensure sales targets are met.

Responsibilities include supervising and motivating team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales performance. The role will also involve conducting training sessions for team members and ensuring high standards of customer service.
