Hotel / Accommodation Management Internship in Bali

Location: Bali, Indonesia 

Work Hours: 11 AM - 5 PM

 Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on operational management 

Start: ASAP Compensation: Unpaid internship 

Relocation: Mandatory relocation to Bali, Indonesia. No remote options available. 

Language: Fluency in both English and Indonesian is mandatory. 

This is a critical, hands-on role for a local individual skilled in operational and facility management. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of our team's primary villa and workspace, ensuring a seamless and productive environment for our international innovators. This is not a guest-facing hospitality role; it is an internal management position focused on maintaining and improving our operational headquarters. 

What You'll Do: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team's residential and work facilities. - Manage and direct local staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security, assigning tasks and ensuring high standards of service. - Coordinate all property maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and technicians to resolve issues promptly. - Manage procurement of supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring the facilities are well-stocked and properly furnished. - Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of the properties.
