  2. Min.18 y.o

  3. Minimum 10 years experience with related field.

  4. Fluent in English (written and speaking).

  5. Familiar with quantity surveyor role and responsibilities, including project cost control and material quantity verification.

  6. Evaluate actual quantity if all executed civil job mill wide 3. Check as per IFC drawing and design.

  7. Check actual quantity of rebar, concrete steel structure, formwork, wire mesh, span.

  8. Check as built drawing.
