We're Beqeu Intelligence, and we're building the brain that makes businesses smarter. (No, we're not taking over the world... yet). We're a fast-moving startup, and our AI platform is a game-changer. The only problem? The world doesn't know it yet. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a passionate Flutter Mobile Developer to join our founding engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our customer and provider apps from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you'll have significant ownership over the mobile experience that defines our brand.

Responsibilities:

App Development (70%)

  • Develop, test, and maintain our mobile applications using Flutter
  • Build beautiful, responsive UIs that work flawlessly on both iOS and Android
  • Implement features like real-time booking, chat, payment integration, and GPS tracking
  • Optimize app performance for the Indonesian market (varying internet speeds and devices)

Technical Architecture (20%)

  • Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integration
  • Implement clean architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
  • Integrate with third-party services (maps, payments, notifications)

Product Collaboration (10%)

  • Work directly with founders and product managers to translate requirements into features
  • Participate in product decisions and contribute innovative ideas
  • Help define the technical roadmap for mobile development

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of professional mobile development experience
  • At least 1 year of Flutter development with at least one app published to Play Store/App Store
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language
  • Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or similar)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Knowledge of Git version control
  • Published at least one Flutter app to Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
  • Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps
  • Experience with payment gateway integration (Midtrans, Xendit, etc.)
  • Understanding of map services integration (Google Maps, Mapbox)
  • Experience with real-time features (WebSocket, )
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (flutter_test, Mockito)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in marketplace or on-demand service apps
  • Understanding of Indonesian market-specific requirements
  • Open-source Flutter contributions
  • Experience working in startup environments
