Job Description:

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola proyek konstruksi dari awal hingga selesai.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan kontraktor, vendor, dan pihak terkait untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai rencana.
  • Melakukan site visit secara rutin untuk memonitor progres, kualitas pekerjaan, dan kesesuaian dengan gambar kerja.
  • Membuat, meninjau, dan memperbarui gambar teknis (shop drawing, detail drawing, layout).
  • Menyusun laporan progres proyek secara berkala.
  • Memastikan proyek sesuai dengan timeline, standar kualitas, dan anggaran.
  • Mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan isu lapangan secara cepat dan efektif.

Requirements:

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan terkait.

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Manager atau Project Architect menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Menguasai software gambar seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, atau software desain lain.
  • Memahami proses konstruksi dan standar teknis lapangan.
  • Mampu membaca dan membuat gambar kerja (blueprint).
  • Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan kontraktor dan pekerja lapangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan problem-solving yang kuat.
  • Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke site proyek secara berkala.
