Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Plant, replace, and maintain ornamental plants, grass, trees, and shrubs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and neatness of all landscape areas to maintain an attractive appearance.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (lawn mowers, trimmers, shears, hoses, etc.).
  • Carry out basic pest and plant disease control.
  • Check and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Report plant conditions and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on landscaping and improvement projects.
  • Comply with workplace safety standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (preferably in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a gardener or landscape staff (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance.
  • Able to operate landscaping tools and equipment properly.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in shifts, if required.
  • Preferably domiciled near the work location.
  • Able to communicate in basic to intermediate English.
