  • Melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan sistem yang berjalan pada core system berbasis AS400 (IBM i).
  • Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi functional & technical specification untuk tim development.
  • Menjadi penghubung antara user bisnis, developer, dan stakeholder terkait.
  • Melakukan impact analysis terhadap perubahan atau enhancement pada sistem AS400.
  • Mendukung proses UAT, validasi hasil development, serta memastikan solusi sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Berkolaborasi dalam troubleshooting isu sistem core dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.

  • Menyusun dokumentasi sistem dan proses bisnis secara terstruktur.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Pengalaman sebagai System Analyst dengan background Developer AS400 / IBM i.

  • Memahami bahasa RPG / RPGLE, COBOL, CL/CLLE dan database DB2 for i (minimal mampu membaca & analisis kode).
  • Berpengalaman menangani backend / core system dan sistem legacy.
  • Mampu melakukan analisis proses bisnis dan system flow (DFD, ERD, flowchart).
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi (bisnis, developer, QA).
  • Pengalaman di industri Banking / Insurance.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan dokumentasi yang kuat.
  • Placement: Client Site - Insurance Industry
