Role Description

  • Planning and arranging trucking schedules for import and export shipments
  • Booking trucking services with approved trucking vendors
  • Coordinating pickup and delivery activities with trucking vendors and drivers
  • Monitoring trucking movements and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Preparing and issuing port Gate Pass (TILA) for trucking operations
  • Assisting in export and import (EXIM) operational activities
  • Supporting preparation and handling of EXIM-related documents
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of trucking and EXIM documents
  • Handling operational issues related to trucking, port, and EXIM activities
  • Updating shipment status and reporting to the Operations Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of export–import and trucking operations is an advantage
  • Good coordination, communication, and planning skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to learn and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined
