Role Description

We are partnering with Hebe Beauty to find the best candidate for full time/contract role as an Admin Affiliate. Hebe Beauty is a company engaged in the beauty industry with various brands such as Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. The company made its debut in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. They combine science and technology with the goodness of nature to produce products that are not only temporary solutions but also high-quality and long-lasting.

This is a full-time/contract, on-site E-Commerce Admin Affiliate (Logistic/pengiriman) role at Hebe Beauty located in Landmark Pluit (Jakarta Utara).

Job Description :

  • Menerima dan memproses permintaan pengiriman barang/sample dari tim affiliate
  • Memastikan data penerima lengkap dan akurat (nama, alamat, kontak, akun affiliate)
  • Menginput data pengiriman ke sistem/spreadsheet dan membuat resi melalui dashboard ekspedisi
  • Berkoordinasi dengan gudang, logistik, dan tim affiliate terkait pengiriman
  • Memastikan pengiriman sesuai request dari sisi produk, jumlah, dan tujuan
  • Memantau status pengiriman, follow-up jika ada kendala (delay, retur, dsb)
  • Membuat arsip dan laporan rekap pengiriman secara berkala

Qualifications:

  • Pengalaman kerja di bidang affiliate, logistik, atau operasional minimal 1 tahun (fresh graduate dengan skill analitis yang kuat juga dipertimbangkan).
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (terutama VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Table, nested formula, data cleaning, dsb) dengan data dalam jumlah besar (ribuan hingga ribuan baris).
  • Memahami proses pengiriman produk E-commerce (TikTok/Shopee) sampai cetak resi
  • Memiliki pengalaman handling pengiriman Ninja Express, SPX, JNT, dan logistik lainnya.
