Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services Industry (FSI), preferably Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes (policy, claims, underwriting, billing).
  • Experience in documenting BRD, FSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project environments.
  • Familiar with SDLC and requirement management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
