Job Description

• Handle ticket sales and provide excellent service to visitors.
• Record and process ticket transactions using the ticketing system or cashier machine.
• Provide information regarding ticket prices, operating hours, facilities, and attractions.
• Manage visitor queues to ensure smooth and orderly entry.
• Prepare and submit daily ticket sales reports according to procedures.
• Assist visitors with questions, issues, or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage ticket, voucher, or wristband stock availability.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, 18–30 years old.
• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Well-groomed, friendly, and good communication skills.
• Able to operate computers, cashier machines, or ticketing applications.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work in shifts.
