Job Description:

  • Receiving and verifying invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
  • Addressing payment inquiries and resolving discrepancies or issues with vendors
  • Maintaining accurate and organized record of all financial transactions related to account payable, including its related withholding tax
  • Monitoring container deposit payment and its refund processPreparing payment and filing of tax return
  • Performing regular reconcilation of AP, wht tax art 23,4(2), and VAT
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess min 2 years experiences in freight forwarding and/or logistics business
  • Min Diploma Degree
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Meticulous and good with details
  • Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
  • Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
