Pintarnya Digital Services (PDS) is the digital marketing and campaign execution arm of Pintarnya. We help brands and agencies reach and engage their target audience through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a
Campaign Operations Supervisor
to oversee and optimize the execution of digital campaigns for our clients. This role will manage the team responsible for campaign execution, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality deliverables, and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Process Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Campaign Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Define and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of client campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time, meet client objectives, and follow best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder coordination

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
  • Provide campaign performance reports and insights to internal teams and clients.

Quality Control & Problem Solving

  • Maintain high standards for campaign execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in campaign processes.
  • Develop best practices and SOPs to improve overall campaign success rates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
