As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring top-tier performance in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing and developing high-performance teams.
  • Expert knowledge in after-sales operations, warranty handling, and automotive repairs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and proficiency in service management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service operations, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead and coach the service team to foster continuous improvement and excellent customer care.
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle servicing with adherence to safety standards.
  • Optimize service processes to reduce downtime and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, parts, and warranty departments for seamless operations.
