Responsibilities

· Participate in and supervise multiple client engagements and related activities under the general direction of senior engagement team members.

· Provide general accounting and financial reporting support.

· Stay up to date with current business and economic developments and apply this understanding to the client's industry and operations.

· Develop audit procedures, including understanding and evaluating significant sources of information, testing internal controls, and performing substantive procedures in moderately complex, judgmental, and/or specialized areas.

· Prepare memoranda, audit working papers, reports, letters, and other professional correspondence.

· Foster effective teamwork by building strong working relationships with engagement team members and clients.

· Provide coaching and guidance to Junior Staff to support their professional growth.

·  Coordinate with clients to gather required data and clarify audit-related matters.

· Ensure all engagement activities comply with auditing standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations.

· Identify audit risks and provide recommendations for process improvements to clients.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00; an advanced degree is a plus.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as an auditor in a Public Accounting Firm (mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of auditing standards, PSAK/IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.

· Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high-quality results at all times.

·  Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and within a team.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Willing to travel for out-of-town client engagements.

· Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly preferred.

· Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality service.

· Can joint ASAP & Placement in Kuningan South Jakarta
