Role Summary

We are looking for a QA Intern who is eager to learn both manual and automation testing. You will work closely with senior QA engineers and developers to test features, ensure product quality, and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools. This is a great opportunity for university students in their final year or fresh graduates who want to kick-start their career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Support performance/load testing using JMeter or related tools.
  • Log, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers to understand requirements.
  • Participate in Agile activities such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Maintain clear and detailed test documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in university (final year) or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle).
  • Familiarity with basic programming in Java, C#, or Python.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to work onsite in Sudirman 3x/week.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
  • Basic SQL knowledge for database testing.
  • Familiarity with Git or CI/CD concepts.
