Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent command of English (spoken & written) – Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.)
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage)

Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (staff to supervisor level)
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessments when required
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications
Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database
Handle employer branding activities (job fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns)
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborate with HR team for orientation
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management
