Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and large media agencies and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves presenting platform capabilities to potential clients and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
Expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
Proven experience with Marketing, Digital Platforms, and Influencer Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in influencer marketing or digital advertising is a strong advantage
