Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing transactions.
  • Manage and record all company financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to ensure accurate inventory valuation and gross profit reporting.
  • Conduct stock opname periodically to reconcile physical inventory with accounting records.
  • Maintain neat, organized, and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Support internal control improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial or any reports as requested by management.
  • Prepare and submit all mandatory tax reports (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor tax regulation updates and advise management on their potential impact to the company
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing accounting standards and tax laws.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance, accounting, and tax (FAT) roles.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Honest and trustworthy in handling financial information.
  • Agile and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Neat in work and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, etc.).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Other: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
