Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall HR work: recruitment, compensation, performance, training, employee relations, administration, etc.

  • Responsible for coordinating visa processing for foreign employees

  • Responsible for docking factory HR affairs with the headquarters

  • Formulate recruitment strategies and maintain local recruitment channels

  • Assist in improving factory personnel processes and system implementation

  • Responsible for HR data reports and labor law compliance management

Requirements:

  • College diploma, bachelor's degree or above

  • More than 2–5 years of experience as an HR supervisor or HR Generalist

  • Priority is given to those majoring in human resources, business administration or related fields

  • Proficient in Mandarin + Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure
